Sylvie Van Der Vaart
Sylvie Françoise van der Vaart-Meis was born on 13 April 1978 at Breda. She is a Dutch actress and presenter. She is the wife of footballer Rafael van der Vaart. On June 10, 2005, Meis and Rafael van der Vaart married. Their marriage was broadcast live on TV by SBS. Rafael and Sylvie moved to Germany, when Rafael left Ajax Amsterdam to play for Bundesliga football club Hamburger SV. The couple's first child, Damián Rafael, was born on 28 May 2006.
